The original pair I bought had a slight defect the customer service was outstanding Jackie was so helpful and communicative. The second pair I received was perfect and so comfortable as compared to the pairs I’ve kept over the decades. They’ve definitely made improvements. I just bought two more pairs.

I love them so much I went back and ordered 3 more pairs in different styles/colors during the sale. I always wanted a pair and finally decided to order and they do not disappoint. I usually wear a 9.5 in women’s and the womens 10 fits perfect! They are very light weight, super comfy with the memory foam insole and look great! They are more comfy than some of my sneakers. I wore them to an all day event that required lots of walking and was fine! Highly recommend these! They are perfect for an office environment where you want to look professional but still be cozy!
